Are you a student in a foreign nation? If so, make sure you received all of the necessary immunizations you require for visiting that place.
If this is not the case,  can you go and se anyone that can make sure you have not come into contact with some virus like meningitis, mumps, or something of that nature. please give any other symptoms, eg. dilated pupils.
When was the last time you were taking a medication, if so what med, and what for? I hope the best for you. people on this site can help you, you jest have to be as accurate and honest as possible.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If this started just 2 days back, it could be viral fever. Check your temperature. If you were very busy or very active in something, then it could be generalized muscle ache due to unaccustomed activity. Take acetaminophen, drink plenty of fluids and rest for a day. You will be fine.
However, if it started all of a sudden on its own, then consult a doctor. Take care!

I would get this checked out by the doctor ASAP.  It sounds like it could be mono.
