I need a definitive respiratory diagnosis

i HAVE HAD A MULTITUDE OF SYMPTOMS since the beginning of the year and have been on a whole line of different antibiotics that do not work .I had a lung biopsy with reported ceseating budding yeasts, consistant with Histoplasmosis in 04. I had all kinds of unexplained medical symptoms since then I also have a pulmonary nodule, and a mass on left lower lobe and also on left adrenal and reoccurring chest wall infections. In December of 06 it really started with chest wall infection .I had some hemoptisis and put on a Zpack, Biaxin ,3 different rounds of Avelox,Breathing treatments. ELEVATED c-REACTIVE PROTEIN, and elevated sed rate. I was put on oral Amphotericin B with vancomycin for a month. I get areas of tender lymph nodes. I am overweight ,178, but in March I dropped 20 pounds. I have continuous nausea and headaches along with breathing difficulties that come and go for no rhyme or reason. I also was in a house that my husband and I were considering buyingin Jan.07 The roof was leaking extensively and the house had black mold. I was in the attic with a roofer and it was after that I got severly worse and another diagnosis of uh? maybe pneumonia. My ribs hurt like a band along my bra line. I was just told  I tested positive for an Aspergillus, and still uncertain how to treat me. I am presently on and off Ketokonazole because of elevated liver enzymes. I am a very sick person with no answers. My doctor was going to check  into the Aspergillus and get back with me. I also have muscle pain like when my thyroid is off. I was diagnosed at one time with thyroiditis. I don't know what you have to offer but I am considering coming there, depending on what it will take. Can someone please offer me some help

I think you need something more like Biomerdian testing. It is expensive, but amazing stuff.

Good luck !

I had a toxicologist recently tell me that he's seen so many patients' who have had exposures (I'm sure he was talking about chemicals and probably mold too) that have all of these health problems after their exposure.

You know the only thing I can tell you is to consider seeing a Naturopathic physician. IMO, they seem to know how to handle these things sometimes better than Western Medicine physicians. They could also work with your physician and try to come up with an ideal treatment for you. If you continue having trouble, you may want to look at the Marshall Protocol --- they treat many people with multiple chemical sensitivities and other inflammatory conditions. And they treat sarcoidoisis (respiratory inflammatory disease).
