I need help I'm scared
I was just sitting here on my phone relaxed then out of nowhere my heart started beating fast and I started to panic I thought I was going to die I started shaking cause I don't know why it did that, that was the first time that ever happens. I'm still shaking cause I'm scared it's going to do that again. Someone please help me if you know why it did that please tell me.

Fast.... Just go to a doctor and don't panic as it may make the situation worse (if it has stooped then too you may visit a doctor because it may be the first stage of heart attack and take proper medicines. ..get check your bp....

I'm ok now I'm sure it's not a sign as a heart attack I know what the signs are for them. I'm just worried about alot and I stress alot. Plus I have a common heart merger.
