Internal tremors while trying to sleep

I have internal tremors just as I’m dozing off or relaxing into sleep.  I have a shoulder impingement that’s painful since August 2020.  My heart goes up to 115 sometimes and have palpitations.  Mri of head and neck fine.  My thyroid stimulating hormone is high.   I’m on klonopin and it lets me fall asleep without the internal tremors.  Don’t understand.  Can anyone, someone help me figure this out please.

Well, I wouldn't want to rely on Klonopin for any length of time if you can avoid it, as it's addictive and very very hard to stop taking.  And eventually it will probably stop helping you sleep and you'll need to take more of it and so on.  But that drug is relaxing you, so it's possible you are suffering from anxiety.  I don't know, you don't say if you're an anxiety sufferer.  You could also have a GABA problem of some kind, as that drug acts on GABA.  As for your heart rate going up and palps, that can be a sign of heart problems but it is also a symptom of anxiety.
