Is it Panic Disorder,Allergy or Toxiticy

Please I need Urgent Help.

Firstly,i am sorry becasue of my English,i am Turkish Guy.

Doctors Diagnose me as panic disorder.Everything starts with taking 12 paxil and alchohol in the same time and slept.It was like start of suicide because of my fathers death,finishing long term relation and very much stress.
In the same night that i took the pills i got up nearly 03:00 o'clock.I need to drink some water.But when i drink water and try to turn my bed my body starts to burn.I thought i'am dying.Light became more darker.I called emergency very hardly.After this event i saw emergency room 5 times in the same month.

it starts nearly 3 months ago.My life retun as a nightmare.Non of the medicine affects.I use diffrent types of medicine but nothing helps me.(As direction of my doctors)

Is it toxiticy? Allergy? Or Totally panic disorder.

Some Notes :
In 1 year past i use Concerta 10 days and i had to quit because of very much heart palpilations.
I try lots of thing to cope with stress like st John's worth etc.
Some allergies getting worse in last 1 year too.After panic disorder my allergy gets more and more.

Please help me.I have now also agoraphobia.I will have a trip to Return my country in 20 Days.

Someone please Help .

Yes Ofcourse.I was staying at the hospital nearly 20 hours after this.

You took pills and alcohol at the same time? It very well could have been a reaction to that. You should never take pills and alcohol at the togrther. Did you mention that to the doctor?
