Is it a hormone thing?

Im 27 years old. First off I"ve had my period for over 3 months. My left breast hurts A lot. Last year i had a tumor removed and it pains around the same area i had the tumor but there isnt any lumps. This started bout 2 weeks ago. i cant sleep on my left side and the pain is non stop.   I sleep all the time sometimes it feels like i have no energy and recently when i get up my body feels really jittery and shaky inside.  Whenever i eat i get nauseous and bloated. and i've been having migraines.I  been diagnos with visual migraines.  I have stop drinking coffee and started drinking a lot more water. i use to walk a lot but now i feel so exhausted afterwards even house cleaning has got me done.  I'm thinking this is a horomone thing but I just want to know if i should go see a dr?  and also within the past 3 months my right breast has just about doubled in size compared to my left.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes, it could be due to polycystic ovary, thyroid or adrenal gland problem. Hence apart from a gynecologist, you may need to consult an endocrine specialist.
The other possibility is an IBS like thing, maybe even acidity and severe gastric reflux, Crohn's etc.
If you ever had an abdominal surgery, then the pain can also be due to adhesions.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

I called the Dr and spoke to the nurse she told me that its cus of the depo shot i had in april. The side effect is prolong spotting and didnt sound like she was concerned at all and that the depo shoulda been out of my system in july but that it'll take about 2 months for everyting to get back to normal. I have been feeling a lot better though. Just gotta take care of this boob issue now but i'm pretty sure they'll tell me that it's jus part of the side effect off the depo but i will go just in case cus its been awhile. Thank you.

I would definitely call the doctor... with all the issues you've been having I would be worried. Just to be safe I would call the doctor first thing in the morning!
