Is this "Brain Glitch" something I should have diagnosed?

I can only best describe this recent "activity" as a sudden.. well, Brain Glitch.. Imagine the old AOL internet dial up sound, but only the very first bar.. Yes, the RE-UM That is all I hear during the glitch. I feel weightless.. The right eye goes dark.. nothing.. In the left I downgrade from an 1080HD color scheme to an 1970 retro  twist knob TV scheme. It started only a few days ago and can last from 1-4 seconds long.. so far.

sounds like you need a MRI of your skull to search for tumors pressing on your auditory and or optic nerves - that's what it sounds like to me
Would consulting a neurologist be an mundane effort. Damn.. I appreciate your advice and will update this peculiar Glitch with much haste.
