Is this my thyroid?

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all feeling as well as can be today.

I am after some advice as I am so fed up of being brushed off by everyone. I am female and 32 years old.

I became ill six years ago. I was perfectly healthy other than mild asthma. One day my I noticed my heart was going faster then usual and this continued for a few days. Then the next day it just went crazy. I was taken off to hospital where they had no idea what was going on. I was told it wasn't my asthma and had multiple tests done on my heart - ECG, Ecocardiogram, Treadmill stress test and tilt table test. At the same time I lost a stone and a half in weight, my digestive system sped up along with the rest of me. I felt constantly wired and exhausted at the same time and kept losing my voice.

I had endoscopies, colonoscopies, a test for a pheochromocytoma, tests on my adrenal glands, multiple blood works and two thyroid ultrasounds where one showed a swollen left lobe of my thyroid and one showed a normal thyroid. They found a calcification in my neck by my sternomastoid muscle which the sonographers were interested in but the doctor was not. The longer time goes on the more concerned I get about this. Nothing else showed up in any tests. The cardio put me on medication to slow my heart down - not a beta blocker because of my asthma - and diagnosed me with Sinus Tachycardia. He said my heart is fine, but goes too fast and he does not know why.

Since then I have visited numerous specialists - a gastroenterologist, an endocrinologist, an opthamologist due to dry, gritty eyes and light sensitivity and a neurologist who recognised a slight eye nerve palsy, but that was all. All the doctors I have seen have told me it sounds like my thyroid and are shocked when the blood number comes back normal. Then they don't know what to do with me.

I've felt awful the last few weeks and have had to try a new heart medication due to episodes of worsening palpitations. My list of other symptoms is so long :

feeling hot all the time
sweaty
bright red palms of hands
lower than normal body temp
can't walk far or stand for long
racing heart rate and palpitations
breathlessness
left side chest heaviness
left armpit pain
pain on front left of neck
pain in left shoulder/shoulder blade
hoarse voice at times
restless sleep
irritable and impatient
swollen, painful feet
muscle weakness
low stamina
dry skin
dry eyes
sensitivity to light
bags/swelling under eyes
recurrant sinus issues
light headedness
headaches
nausea
constipated at times
episodes of feeling like everything is rushing
lack of sex drive

Most days I do not feel well. Other days I feel awful.

Since it has all started I have also been diagnosed with Endometriosis, Anaemia and Indigestion.

Over the period of time I've been ill my TSH has ranged from 0.51 to 3.58 so all normal.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything I should be looking at? My cardio is running more tests, but seems to be at a loss.

Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read my long post and offer any advice.

Lilah x
