Depends on which Lupus you have Discoid Lupus is an inflammation of the skin and systemic lupus can cause a myriad of orans to be affected which could cause itching. See your family physician or rheumatologist to help with itching. There are over the counter meds like diphenhydramine(benadryl) to help with itching. Also you could see a dermatologist to further investigate the cause as well as try drugs like atarax for itching. Good luck.
