Scabies would show up as red lumps or a rash.
If there is none of that, maybe you are just severely dehydrated and have very dry skin. Try these 10 steps toward better skin:
1. Increase your intake of raw vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts.
2. Eat foods high in sulfur: garlic, onions, eggs, and asparagus (or you can purchase the amino acid L-cysteine in pill form).
3. Get your daily amount of vitamin A (good sources are yellow and orange vegetables).
4. Drink at least 2 quarts of quality water (distilled or purified) each day.
5. Avoid anything that can dehydrate you: caffeine products, fried foods, sugars, and alcohol.
6. Twice a week, use a loofah sponge on your dry skin to using warm water to boost circulation and remove dead skin cells.
7. Always moisturize your skin after cleaning. Do not use very hot water while taking a shower - this dries your skin out!
8. Do not use harsh soaps, cold cream, or cleansing creams on your skin. Alcohol-based soaps and shampoos/conditioners also dry your skin out.
9. If you have cracked, dry skin, increase your consumption of water and essential fatty acids.
10. If your skin is incredibly dry (or you're having a dry-skinned day) try your best to stay out of the sun. The sun causes most damage done to the skin, including dryness, wrinkles, and sometimes rashes and blisters.
