Jittery

Every morning bout an hour after I eat breakfast I get very jittery, weakness and sometimes nauseated. I have eaten eggs, or banana, or even peanut butter crackers. I have had blood work and drs say it is all good. I had a blood sugar test and it was good. I also just had a h pylori test and it was positive but my symptoms are not the same for that. It has been 2 weeks since my first episode and I have changed my eating habits and drink more water too! I am 52 years old and I am overweight. I work in my yard weekly and keep a clean house. Help!!!
