Kidney dislocation it seems
Hello, I was hit with a football to my left kidney. The pain has mostly gone but I feel that my kidney is dislocated now.
When I shout, laugh too hard, sleep on my stomach, on my back (with pillow), I feel that my kidney moves to somewhere it shouldn't then I twitch.
I can do all of they above if I do it slowly. For example I can sleep on my stomach if I slowly do so.
I don't have any other pain, not bleeding, not peeing blood, able to pee and don't feel like vomiting.

Hello~I would see a chiropractor, if you have any misalignment, they will be able to help after they take a few x-rays to determine just where he misalignment and issues are. A few adjustments should have you feeling a lot better.
