leaking and no STD???

Ok I will start from the start, my girlfriend and I both clean started having sex, but alot of sex over 3 months, she started saying to pee was burning then I got the same, then started lots of clear discharge mainly from me.

We both go to the doctors thinking an STD but neither of us slept around and all tests came back negative, we were given antibiotics but symptoms got worse not better, started thick yellow discharge which smelled.

My partner has since left to go overseas and her symptoms have stopped, but mine persist.

Sometimes I have 5 days no disharge at all, then some days wake up and I can push out yellow discharge from my penis, and some days it leaks clear all day and sometimes goes for days with no symptoms at all.

Occasionaly it burns to urinate but not always.

I have been to 3 doctors now and all the tests come back negative for STDs and yeast infection is negative also.

I am confused as hell and my doctors dont know what is going on.

I am healthy and excercise regularly, I dont have any other symptoms other than what I stated.

Please any help or advice at this stage, doctors have been of no help for the last 4 months.

Also drinking green tea with honey helps alot, if I stop it comes back, also if I drink beer symptoms get worse, if I have sex or masturbate symptoms get worse.

It sounds like a UTI or possibly kidney disease. Have you been tested for either of those?
If all the tests for STDs come back negative, chances are you don't have it (but tests aren't always a 100% guarantee!)

I suggest you talk with your doctor about severe UTIs or kidney diseases.
It doesn't sound like yeast infection, either.
From my experience, a lot of the yeast infections I've heard of haven't consisted of burning sensations while urinating.

As on the other note of your girlfriend, it sounds like she had a yeast infection, assuming she also had the smelly, yellow-ish discharge. Yeast infections typically don't last long if they're treated (you mentioned you both taking antibiotics.)

Overall, it doesn't sound like STDs.
Go to the doctor and talk to them about a severe UTI or kidney disease (or even infection.)

Urine contains toxins, so you don't want to hold it in. That is sometimes how UTIs start.

Just in case you were wondering why you shouldn't hold it in.

It doesn't matter if it burns (but you said the burning stopped), you need to urinate.

PS, I've never had antibcs work for me when I had a UTI.
I'm not saying don't take them.
BUT, there is something you need to keep in mind: Take them a little less than prescribed, as you don't want your body becoming dependent on the antibiotics (which is typically why UTIs tend to worsen with antibiotics).

Stick to lots of liquids (not soda), such as water and eat a lot of healthy things, like fruits and vegetables.
I know I sound like a mother right now, lol, but it's the truth!

So remember:

If you're prescribed antibiotics, take slightly under your prescription.

Stick to lots of water, and urinate whenever you feel like you have to. (That means no holding it, whatsoever)

Eat a lot of healthy things, such as fruits and vegetables. :)

Well looks like it could be a UTI after all, I have increased my water intake alot over the past four days and the leaking has stopped and that burning has gone away, I am now going back to the doctors to have a urine sample taken again and possible antibiotics, I have also ordered some D-Mannose tablets as I read on a youtube comment of all things about this powder, apparently it has similar sugar things like cranberries that is supposed to be good for urinary tract infections, I get them in 2 days so will report back if they do anything if at all lol.

But surprisingly of all the medications I have been taking to rid this pesky thing water seems to be working the best!

Thanks heaps for the suggestion as I think your right, cant believe 3 doctors didnt pick this up? Just crazy.
