Left arm numb most of the time but no chest pain

I wanted to ask why is my whole left arm is always numb, and I always hear or feel a ticking tic on my chest sometimes at my back. I am a 72yo guy. Been to 3 cardio but no1 can tell me about the sound and the reason y my left arm is always numb.   I also feel a pain in my chest that doesn't stay in one place, sometimes in my breast, under arm, or on the other side of my chest but my arm.is not numb when I feel the pain..  can someone tell.me.if u felt like this too? It bothers me a lot.  Does this comes with age ?

Is the skin numb to the touch but the arm still functions? Or does the whole arm not react to you wanting it to move?
