Left temple pulsing pain, blood nose, dizzy

23 year old, female, healthy diet.

Day One - (weighing 60kg)
Symptoms:

INTENSE sharp pain -left temple
Extreme strange headache -very powerful
Blurred vision
Immediate sleepiness
Confusion
Left arm felt heavy
Sleepiness
VERY HEAVY NOSE BLEED (gushing)15-20 minutes

Weeks Following - (Weighing 56kg)
Symptoms:

Never ending pulsating in left temple
Pain/headaches left temple and back of head
On/Off bulging of Vein in temple
swollen right accessory nodes

Months Following - (Weigh 51kg, Now a year later)
Symptoms:

Continous left temple pulsating
On/Off vein bulging in left temple
Left Temple is sensitive to run fingers light over
Really Fatigued
Bruising SO easy
Anemia
Swollen right accessory lymph nodes
Smelling smells, that no one else does
Lost 8.5 kgs in one year without trying

Various Doctors Diagnoses: -
1. Pregnant (nope, I wasn't)
2. Shingles (nope, never got blisters/rash etc)
3. Small ruptured aneurysm (No tests done!)

If it is a Aneurysm, is there a chance I will get another?? Should I get a CT

What about tumors in the Temporal or Frontal Lobe?? Will blood test pick this up

What do you think this is and what tests should I get??

Please help.......

I haven't experienced it before, but I do like researching random disorders on my free time

Clotting disorder is something I haven't looked into

Just wonder if you are studying Medicine or coming from experience?

I would think that it may be a clotting disorder or a tumor in brain.
