Thank you so much for your responses. Turns out it was a combination of ear & tooth I fection. With antibiotics & a tooth (w/exposed ROOT-OUCH!) extraction I'm feeling much better! Thanks again for taking the time to respond. God bless
This actually sounds most like a condition called benign parosysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). It is caused by small crystals in the inner ear that get lodged into small canals that control balance. It is not a dangerous condition, but certainly very uncomfortable and distressing. It causes severe dizziness with changes in position or even with just rolling over in bed or turning your head. It is diagnosed by a series of movements that your doctor can do to assess your eye movement when your body/head move. It is treated just as easily, with something called an Epley maneuver, which involves several planned changes in body and head position that dislodge the crystals from where they are stuck. Talk to your doctor about this.
could be a number of things go to your doctor and see if you have a ear infection
This can be caused from a number of different problems ranging from a simple drop in blood pressure to a diabetes problem. I would see a doctor to know for sure.
