Lots of worrying symptoms

I've been to the doctor regarding my knee pains that I've been experiencing for 2 years, they've given me vit d supplements but haven't seen an improvement. Since January I've also been experiencing sharp electric shock pains in my lower right back, usually onset by standing for too long or exercise but can come on by just twisting or moving the wrong way. I can't walk normally when i have the pain and sleep with my legs against a wall to relieve it.

Weirdly I've been getting crossed eyes for the past 2 weeks randomly and find it hard to focus on objects, I've never worn glasses before and did go to specsavers last year where they said i don't need any.
I've been feeling quite depressed and unsociable lately, which is not like me at all. Im studying full time at the moment and thinking of leaving.

Another thing that might not be relevant is that I've been getting white hair, only one one side of my head, around 15 hairs which is weird because im only 21. Im female btw

Could someone please help me, I have a tendency to think the worse and not sure why I'm thinking of MS.

Hello~I think that a chiropractor would be able to help you. You may have some misplace vertebrae, and if this the case, you will be having the type of pain you are describing. After he/she takes the x-ray, they will go over them to determine what plan of action to take. After a few treatments, you should start to feel better.
