Low platelet count, fatigue, sharp piercing pain

My mother has been suffering from an undiagonised disease.
Symptoms of it are
- Low platelet count..it went down to almost 36K 6 months back.
- Severe fatigue
- Sharp piercing pain like needle pricking on the skin.

We had done a host of blood tests, endoscopy, ct/mri scan & bone marrow but doctors were not able to conclude what was causing it.
The only issues they found were.
1. She had mild fatty lever & doctors were saying this shudnt cause low platelet count.
2. One of enzymes for digestion secreted from pancreas is low.

One thing we know is that when she takes evion the sharp piercing pain goes away & her count is not going down.
For last 3 months she was on Evion with Ayurveda treatment & after that her counts went to like 120k.
Only with Evion her count was not going up & that was the reason with doctors approval we had gone for Ayurveda treatment.
So after her count went to 120K doctors said she can stop evion 2 weeks back.
And now her count came down to 86K & sharp piercing pain is back.
So now she is on Evion + Ayurveda treatment to bring up her platelet count.
She also says eating pomegranate reduces the fatigue.

Any suggestion on what could be wrong with her & possible treatments would be of great help.

My advice is to keep harassing doctors until someone finds out something. Suggest she go to different specialists, her doctor can refer her so that insurance covers.
