Lower abdo and back pain

I had a Colonoscopy 3-4 months ago and after it I had abdominal pains around my caesarian scar. I told my dr and he said it could just be that the Colonoscopy irritated the scar tissues and prescribed anti-biotics. But since then, about the time I should be ovulating I get the pain back. Lower abdominal pain around the area of my caesarian scar, just above my pubic bone. It radiates into my lower back and this month it's going down my legs too. Not really sure whats going on?????????????

Hi there.
Your symptoms sound like an ovarian cyst to me. I would go to the gyn and ask for an transvaginal ultrasound. Good luck.

Caeseerian section(CS) is a major abdominal surgery.Scar of CS may take 6 months to 2 years to heal completely depending upon the health and immune condition of the mother.

This kind of pain clearly indicates that either there is injury or compression of the nerves.This injury can take place as a result of colonoscopy.Other possibility is of infection introduced by colonoscopy.This can result in sharp stabbing pain in the wound.

Third possibility is of pelvic inflammatory disease,UTI ,lower treteric stones and inflammatory bowel disease.An ultrasound abdomen and CT abdomen can be helpfyl in confirming the diagnosis.Pls consult a physician for that.
