Lump in roof of mouth

I’m 22 years old and have had a lump on my hard palate for around 2 years. It has never bothered me and I believe it’s been around the same size the whole time. I have just been confused as to why it has never went away. The middle of my hard palate seems to be bigger than the rest and seems to have a lump. There is also a lump a little bit to the right of the middle. I can’t tell if they are seperate or connect. Does anyone know what this could be? If I get it examined, what type of doctor should I go to?
