MY LIFE IS OVER SOMEONE HELP ME!?!?! please read

I am a 20 year old female. Always been healthy besides being a little more tired then usual .. my symptoms
i had just started as a CNA (heavy lifting not sure if this has anything to do with it) and just had my 2nd baby
i woke up one morning and pulled my lower eyelid down to put makeup on when  did this the inside of my ear twitched and my ears started ringing. fast forward to a week horrible sinus pressure (so i thought) pressure in my head  ringing ears neck pain ( NO FEVER) i went to the dr and got a steroid and antibiotics went on to try more antibiotics and many allergy medicines. I had to quit my job. When i quit my job everything got worse. i would randomly just HAVE to go too sleep my symptoms at the time -TERRIBLE HEAD PRESSURE -LIGHTS TOO BRIGHT -COULDNT REMEMBER ANYTHING -COULDNT FOCUS -MY EYES WOULD SHAKE BACK AND FORTH WHEN I LAID DOWN -RINGING EARS -FEELING COMPLETELY DRUNK--OFF -PLUGGED EARS -LEG CRAMPS -WAKING UP TO MY WHOLE BODY HURTING - ++more those are the main ones -OFF BALANCE WHEN I WOULD WAKE UP and had one headache that i thought was going to die it hurt so bad no matter what i took i also had TONS of pressure and pain behind my eyes and FLOATERS  i went to 2 ENT no pressure in ears everything fine. NEUROLOGIST no problems tried migraine medicine did not work. -NUEROSURGEN DIAGNOSED ME WITH mild chairi malformation that couldn't be causing my symptoms he said it isn't even really chairi more like borderline. i had a lump on my lower back and was worried because my son was born with a hole on his lower back the nuerosuregen said it was just extra muscle. General docs say anxiety and allergies. Fast forward to now.. been almost a year all blood tests and MRIS CLEAR!
i wake up everyday with my body hurting. I feel drunk - off almost all the time  randomly. nothing looks right lights look too bright and i cannot see in the distance very blurry TERRIBLE sleeping problems waking up over and over (been tested for sleep apnea) (multiple eye dr say NOTHING WRONG) the head pressure has came down a bit but the ears problems are still there. back pain neck pain all the time NO HEADACHES throat problems feels tight.. dry cough keep feeling like i get a sinus infection and bronchitis over and over comes and goes shaky vision I  was diagnosed with occiptal nueralga through a neck mir which i have no idea what that is. NO ONE CAN HELP ME!!! i was tested for lyme disease and it was positive then they retested and it was negative and they said it was a false positive probably because of something autoimmune.. AUTOIMMUNE PANELS NEGATIVE NO LUPUS and was told for sure not MS
I've been to 3 neurologist. one did a MRI WITH CONTRAST and said there was a spot and its a normal spot and many healthy people have them, it was a white spot not a small one it was more like the size of 2 or 3 peas together.  I'm leaving out tons of stuff I'm sure.. i also cannot remember anyhting. Its been a year now and i feel like my life is over.. i can't do this anymore i have 2 children and i HAVE TO WORK! i need some help i have dropped  out of school i can't live this way forever, ALSO one nuero said my brain ventricles were small and it might be Pseudotumor cerebri did another mri and decided it was not. SUGGESTIONS? is anyone out there in the  same boat as me i pray someone reads this that can help if anyone would like to email me its ***@**** I WILL REPLY BACK AND IF I FIND A SOULTION I WILL REPLY

Johnny how long did you have symptoms before you got a diagnosis? I had a blood test for clotting time and i think it wouldve revealed if i had a blood clot?

This may be a long shot but then again maybe not. Since you just started heavy lifting and had a baby there's a condition called Iliac Vein Compression or May-Thurner Syndrome. I was recently diagnosed with it and have had many of the same issues as yourself. I'm a male but I know it often presents after being pregnant and my condition worsened after heavy lifting. It's a rarely diagnosed condition and can cause vague symptoms and problems all over the body even though it's only thought to affect the legs. Would recommend going to see an Interventional Radiologist. An ultrasound can check for this condition and I would also recommend getting checked for pelvic vericose veins or pelvic congestion as this could be a good indicator of MTS.

Hello~

I am sorry you are going through all this, it must be horrible for you.

Lots of what you wrote point to anxiety, but, that is not always the case either, has any doctor checked you for chronic fatigue syndrome or Fibromyalgia? I know this will sound funny, but, I have some of the same pains, etc, I see a chiropractor, and he helps lots, you might want to try that as well since no doctor has really helped you.  Also, has any doctor done a brain wave scan to test for a type of epilepsy, some of what you described sounded like simple and complex partial seizures.

I wish I could be of more help, I hope you find relief soon. God bless.

I am wading through some of the same issues myself. I have had the eye twitches and drunk feeling many times. It has been tentatively diagnosed as Meniers Disease, but I have a different theory. I was born with a very severe chiari malformation. It is my belief that the ear and head problems are a result of pressure build-up. I think that when the pressure gets too high my ear dumps off the excess pressure causing my vertigo. The next time I feel the excess pressure I will be going to the er and demanding a ct. I have a feeling it will reveal any fluid buildup. If you aren't getting any results, seek out a new neuro surgeon. Best of luck
