Major Symptoms

Hi I am a 26 year old and I have been having some symptoms that started two days ago. Today it got worse. I am experiencing light headedness, lots of fatigue, dizziness, and mild nausea. I woke up this morning not wanting to get out of bed and at work I felt tired and light-headed. At first I thought it was some kind of depression and then I thought it was symptoms of the flu coming but I dont feel sick. When I got home I started to have chills. Could someone please help me and give me their opinions as to what is wrong with me and what I could do please?
Thank you

Hi,
To me, it seems like a viral illness only as any viral infection drains you out even before he fever sets in. I don’t think there’s anything serious and taking paracetamol(Tylenol) 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days will definitely help. Even flu is preceded by such symptoms. Please do drink adequate fluids.
If cough/sore throat/cold develops, maybe steam inhalation/warm saline gargles may help.
If you develop any other symptoms, like fever, loose stools, etc please do consult a physician.
I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted.
Kind regards.
