Migraines and Botox

I have suffered from migraines since I was 5 years old.  Recently I have been looking into Botox for Migraines.  I was wanting to know if anyone has had this done or know anything about it.

I had my first botox treatment for migranes Nov/07 and the second on Feb 1/08.  They seem to help the length & severity of the migraines quite a bit.  However, I have developed a "new" pain.  A throbbing pain in the top of my head for about 4-8 seconds when I sit, stand too quickly, or laugh, cough, or really strain to do anything.  The drs dont this this is related to the botox, but I am going to wait to see if the "new" pain goes away before I get the next Botox treatment (scheduled for may 16)

I have been told there should be no side effects from the botox.  a friend of mine has also had the botox and it really helps her.
