Migraines are a mystery but they do cause all the symptoms you relate in your complaint.  Sometimes bloodpressure medication can alleviate migraines.  I would see a doctor and try bloodpressure meds.  If that doesn't help alleviate some of your symptoms there are some new pain med's that are effective in treating migraines but if used daily could cause liver or kidney damage after a long period of time.  Sometimes migraines are caused by dehydration.  Sometimes migraines can be caused by problems with nerves in the neck.  You can try a chiropractor if you ever had a back or neck injury.  Drink two glasses after taking a half hour walk four times a day to hydrate yourself.  Drinking water after exercise helps the water be absorbed otherwise it goes straight through your system with little benefit.  Large doses of vitamin C can reduce inflamation which can be associated with migraines.  2,000 - 5,000  mg of vitamin c a day could be beneficial in reducing headache pain.

Magnesium deficiency symptoms include migranes, chest tightness, nausea, tremors, dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, and pain. Supplementing with magnesium may resolve these symptoms.  The chelated magnesium and magnesium glycinate are often referred to as being very absorbable. Do not supplement with magnesium if you have kidney or heart problems.
