Mouth skin peeling, red, itchy& vaginal pain and skin peeling around vulva.

I have had what I thought was angular cheilitis for the past 4 months and it will not go away. My mouth is red constantly around the corners of my mouth (making it look like I am very bad at lipstick) and my lips peel everyday and itch and crack. I have gotten my blood tests done to check for deficiencies and I am very healthy so that is not what is causing it. It started to go away for awhile but came back a week later and has been bothering me since. I put on vasoline every night for it (tried to stop vasoline use for awhile but to no avail) because if I don't, my lips get incredibly dry and flaky.
That is my first problem. I am wondering if these two problems are somehow connected such as a yeast infection. I know you can get them on the mouth too? But I wouldn't think it would be on the outside of the mouth.
Anyways, my second problem. I had a urinary tract infection for awhile last month but it went away with no medication. I just stopped drinking sodas for awhile and drank a lot of water along with cranberry juice and it went away. Shortly after I started experiencing vaginal pain, not just during sex, but just with a slight touch to the area around the vagina. Almost like a sharp stabbing pain on the outside, only in certain spots though, not all over, almost as if I have a papercut on the outside, but I don't of course. And during sex it feels as though I am being stabbed on the inside, but only at one certain spot. Like a stinging feeling. Then today I woke up and my vagina is incredibly dry and the skin around it is peeling and red and there's a slight red rash. I am at a loss of what to do. Should I visit the dermatologist? I have gone to the doctor for my mouth problems and got my blood tested and that wasn't the problem and I've been applying vasoline. I also had a papsmere done while I had my UTI and it came back normal and my UTI went away and now I have this, whatever it is. Please help! Thank you. I have spent so much money at the doctor and nothing has helped.

Hi Pinkyloonoo.
You may have a  multifactorial infectious condition, with both fungal and bacterial  or viral infectious agents involved, possibly Candida Albicans and Staphylococcus.
The Candida is easy to miss in testing, which makes me think, it could be the main causative factor.
Vaginitis could be an additional condition, a complication
due to a drop in healthy vaginal bacteria ( likely due to a bacterial or Candida infection).
So forget about all the normal test results and start a strict anti-candida protocol, avoiding all sugars, most simple carbs yeast, going very low carb, limiting stress,
taking multistrain high quality probiotics and lots of virgin organic coconut oil.
Oil pulling daily with coconut oil with 1-2 drops of clove essential  oil (both organic) would help with oral candidiasis.
Coconut oil has anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-microbial and anti-parasitic properties.
Taper up to 4-5T daily.
Note: It takes a long time to eradicate candida.
And in the event that it is not candida (I would be surprised if it is not), you will be much more ahead, healthwise, if you follow the anti-candida program.
Best wishes,
Niko
