Faint feeling + extreme tiredness then

Hi.  Hopefully someone out there can give some advice. I am a very healty 30 yr old male with a good job great family and getting married in July.  I play sports, go to the gym, socialise at weekends. About 2 months ago I was at dinner and had the strange feeling out of the blue I was going to faint. I have never felt anything like this and had to go home.  Being nervous i just laid on the couch and went to sleep and the next day i was fine so put it off to dodgy wine. 3 weeks later I had the same thing happen at work but the feeling was more intense and i struggled to walk as i thought i was going to just fall to the floor. I got home and slept for almost the whole weekend... The doctor diagnosed me with vertigo and gave me meclizine which made me to drowsy so I was off and on at work for the week. Following weekend I felt good again and went to work..  I was tired by the end of Monday and Tuesday and on Wednesday I had the intense faint feeling and just wanted to get to the car to sleep. A friend took me home and i slept in the afternoon and then again that evening.. I have now tried sleeping it off, stayed in bed for several days and when I am sitting/laying around i feel fine, but now the minute i try to do stuff, like walk to the shops or go the mall I get the same faint feeling + tirdeness and the intensity varies from day to day.. I am now noticing my left gland is going up and down during the day. I have no nausea feeling..  I do not get any headaches..
I have passed the MRI successfully, the ENT doctor said my balance and ears were extremly good and this is not the issue, he also feels the glands going up are to do with whatever it is creating the faint feeling and the ENT are not the cause. The Neuro-Optometrist said everything is fine.
I am waiting on blood test results and they are also checking for lyme disease.
Has anyone heard of anything like this ??

Having the exact same symptoms as you. Been 'healthy' for as long as can remember, then boom, feel like I'm about to faint one day, then I've been feeling dizzy ever since. It's been a
week now. I suspect it's blood related. Maybe anemia or something. But really annoyed as I can't go gym or play football anymore. Let me know what the blood test says.

I have a simular problem. I am an auditor and every day between 1 and 3pm in the afternoon I will feel faint and struggle to keep my eyes open for about 20 minutes this goes on for. It's worse when I am driving on the road for work as I struggle to get to my destination without falling trying to keep my eyes open and cant pull over to rest and I have time contraints. I guess I will have to see a doctor

Have you been tested for sleep apnea or cardiac symptoms?  Cardiac problems can cause dizziness and sleep apnea can cause extreme fatigue

I am reading your note(s) and I also have been having these symptoms for about 3 months. I worked out pretty regularly until these symptoms started and I am now afraid to work out intensely because I am afraid I may pass out. I am curious to know what is going on with me. Don't want to just pass out one day and hit my head or something.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If you find out what is wrong with you I would be very interested to hear about it.

I have suffered very similar "attacks" for over a year now and all the tests show I am fine.

I can go for 3 weeks or more and be normal; then "bang" it comes back from nowhere and lasts for a few weeks before going again. My ENT specialist suggests its is Meniers desease but from everything I now know about that I cannot see she is correct and I am not responding to the treatment she has given me for Meniers. This may however be something you want to look up and consider yourself.
