My lymphocyte count has been rising for several months- is there cause for concern?

I'm a 23 year old female with no major medical problems. My biggest issues have been IBS type symptoms following a C Diff infection in 2013. I had a negative colonoscopy in August 2015 and a recent flex sigmoidoscopy (prompted by hematochezia) showed some new mild inflammation that was biopsied. I was told no further work up was needed. I have been experiencing increased fatigue and weakness which is currently at its worst. I recently noticed a pattern with my lymphocyte count:

10/7/15:   2.50
11/19/15: 2.80
02/10/16: 3.45
04/27/16: 3.54
06/20/16: 4.49

The 3 most recent levels have been flagged as out of range (0.9-2.90) and I was told everything was normal. I know lymphocytes deal with infection, but are they not as important of an indicator? I'm concerned because to me, there seems to be a rising pattern that has gone along with my symptoms. Are there other tests I should be asking for? (I read that mono could be a possible cause- I had that 3 years ago and am not having similar symptoms) I'm not feeling sick and I haven't noticed any swollen lymph nodes in at least my neck. I'm scared there is a problem and that it's just going to get worse. I do have an appointment scheduled for next week and I'd like to be prepared with some questions I can ask. Thanks for any help
