My throat has been bothering me for two years or slightly more

I have to clear my throat all the time to try and speak comfortably, in the past year it’s reached the point where even if I clear my throat I still feel uncomfortable when I speak, like I just can’t do it with ease. It’s a torture. My throat always feels like it needs to be cleared. Always uncomfortable. Any idea what the problem might be? It’s been around 2 years now with this issue.

I’m 17, male.

it could potentially be a serious medical condition if you haven't already go see a doctor

Could be obsessive thinking on your part.  When I was young I had a period when I was always clearing my throat.  Probably started with allergies, but for some years I was constantly clearing my throat.  Then I just stopped doing it.  Might be that.
