My upper chest swells when laying down within 45 seconds. I have a cough.

I had a chest x-ray, breathing test which showed I have Asthma at the age of 53. I had a CT scan and this showed nothing. I am miserable while trying to sleep. I wake up 2-3 times per night with my chest engorged and have to pee asap.  Has anyone experienced this before???

Have you tested for covid? That would be my first question right now.

That wouldn't explain the urinary urgency, but have they tested you for a UTI?
