Nausea, Adominal Pain, and Fatigue. Help?

For the past couple weeks or so, I've had a few symptoms that aren't starting to be extremely bothersome yet... but I can tell that they are slowly getting worse.

-It started with slight abdominal pains, they are still quite mild... and nothing too serious.
-Nausea has been increasing. It comes at random times and can hit hard, but I have yet to vomit. I'm a cigarette smoker of 5-6 years, and lately... cigarettes are just making me sick. For the past few days, my nausea is worse than it has been.
-Fatigue, fatigue, and more fatigue. I actually had to call out of work this morning due to my inability to get out of bed. I've been sleeping excessively, or just tired all the time. Last night I managed to pull in a whopping 13 hours of sleep. I always get to bed at a decent time, which is why this doesn't make sense to me.

I had two Urinary Tract Infections between October and November of 2007. I don't know if this would have anything to do with it.
Pregnancy is also not a chance.

I'm a 20 year old female looking for an answer. I'm looking to all of you for some assistance before I go to the doctor. I know I should go, but I don't have any insurance.

Is something seriously wrong, or am I just run down?

Without insurance there are a couple of things you could try on your own and research.  One is celiacs disease or some sort of food allergy; simply try elimination diets, completely eliminating gluten, wheat, dairy... for a period of time and slowly re-introduce one at a time to find the problem food.  If it is celiacs you may need to eliminate gluten forever.

The other thing you could research is candida/yeast overgrowth (which commonly cause Urinary Tract Infections).  To try this on your own without doctors, simply eliminate sugars and citrus fruits and yeast foods (breads, white flour products, cheese) for at least a month and see if you have improvement.  Also there are some natural anti-fungals that you don't need a prescription for (like garlic and some seed extracts I forget which exactly).
