For the past month, i have been feeling these symptoms: lightheaded, stabbing/burning pain in chest that last for a second, pressure middle of shoulder blades, shaky, jelly legs, twitching/jerking everywhere in body and numbness in arms. I been to hospital had an ekg and chest xray and said everything is good.

Hello~I hope you are feeling better by now. If not, I would say you may have "Fibromyalgia" or even "Candida"

Candida is a yeast infection that starts in the gut and it can cause all kinds of uncomfortable symptoms. Here is a link to a good site on it:   https://www.thecandidadiet.com/candida-symptoms/   Try avoiding all sugars, yeast, wheat and glutton products, these are the foods that cause Candida to grow. I would also ask the GP to let me do a stool sample, this is the best test in catching Candida in the act.
