Outbreak on skin

Hello, two days ago I got a few small bumps on my upper back. Today there are plenty more, and they have white heads like acne, but im certain that it's not acne. I think it has to be a reaction to something but I am not sure what. I eat different things, and workout at the gym a lot and sweat. Any clue what may have caused this and what I can do to make it go away? I have taken benadryla few times, but that has not helped.

you can get panoxyl at any walmart or drugstore, no prescription needed, pretty cheap too!

i used to have this problem.  I actually found out it was little zits on my back and shoulder area due to rinsing my the conditioner out of my hair in the shower the oils were clogging my pores.  i had a heck of a time getting them to go away but i tryed panoxyl body bar to wash with, it really did the trick!  hope that helps!
