Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You can consult a gynecologist and start pills that have the hormone levels in proportion to normal cycle. The other thing that can help is yoga and deep breathing exercises. You will also benefit from counseling. Ask your gynecologist regarding the possibility of PCOD.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
I think certain birth controls can help with these symptoms. You should see your gyn to discuss your options
