Pain, Disorientation, Sensory Distortion, Fever, Respiratory Issues

TEMPERATURE AND SYMPTOM LOG

REASON FOR STARTING LOG: 2 MONTH FEVER, RECURRENT UPPER & LOWER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

Temperature Taken Orally with Digital Thermometer, expressed in Fahrenheit
Symptoms Described As Best As Possible, Limited Medical Vocabulary

WORTH NOTING :
Am epileptic (grand mal and complex partial seizures), encepholomyelitis, COPD, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Had nasal pollups scraped out (completely occluded sinuses as a teenager).
Had viral and bacterial pneumonia as an infant

Don't know about all of this, but the beginning you are describing a classic migraine headache.

You described many symptoms, but it seems like your chief complaint is fever of unknown origin (FUO). Causes of FUO can be categorized as infection (dental abscesses, endocarditis, sinusitis, tuberculosis, or urinary tract infection), inflammation (lupus, inflammatory bowel disease, or vasculitis), malignancy (leukemia, lymphoma, or gastrointestinal cancer), or miscellaneous (drug-induced, thromboembolic, or thyroiditis). If you have not already done so, you should see a doctor as soon as possible for further workup and evaluation. The following article provides a sample diagnostic approach:

I would consider checking your vitamin D and iron levels. Look up thier symptoms. They usually go together.
