Pain in armpit, radiates down arm

Hello---Last night and again this morning, I've had a weird pain in my armpit (the thicker part, closest to my chest-- I think it's technically the inner pectoral) that radiates down my arm into my elbow. It tingles a bit, and then stops. I also felt a similar pain in my left chest. Sort of freaking out, but don't want to google too much. Should I go in to see the doctor? I'm 31, active, with a well-balanced diet. Never had any issues with my blood pressure. I do graphic design, so I spend several hours a day at my computer with my arms at the keyboard/mouse. Could this just be a pinched nerve somewhere, or something related to the way I'm sitting?
