Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Apart from fibromyalgia multiple joint pain is seen in hypothyroidism, low Vitamin D levels, Low Vit B12 levels, anemia, Hasimotos thyroiditis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, SLE, electrolyte disturbance particularly those involving calcium and magnesium, parathyroid gland problems, chondrocalcinosis and chronic fatigue syndrome.Menopause is often associated with Vit D and calcium disturbances and hormonal disturbances causing multiple joint pain
Rheumatoid arthritis has been ruled out in your case. Please talk to your doctor regarding these and get yourself examined accordingly. Do consult an orthopedic specialist too.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Hi-
I also have similar symtoms. I have Joint Pain in my fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees ankles, neck and sometimes hips. I also experience stiffness, and pain in the muscles surrounding my joints. I had all the tests run for Lupus, RA, Lyme Disease , Vitamin D deficiency and they all came back negetive.
I changed doctors and am having her do all the tests again ( just in case). She also indicated that it could be a thyroid issue or an unseen infection. She is testing me for thses as well. Hopefully I get to a resoulution soon. I definately feel what you are going through. Have your doctor test you for everything listed above by Doctornee Medical.
I will keep you posted with what I find out. Hang in there :)
