"Pain" lower left abdomen

Hello, I have been experiencing a pressure like feeling in my lower left abdomen for around 3-4 weeks. Thus far I have see a doctor and she concluded that it is not a Urinary Tract Infection nor was there any blood detected in my urine. The pain is extremely mild but noticeable, I have a hard time describing it as pain because it doesn't exactly hurt, it's just annoying. I am 20 years old and have no other symptoms at the moment. Earlier I had a slight feeling in the tip of my penis of burning, also after during masturbation and ejaculation I would have a weird sensation in my penis that was not normal. I think that it might be a form of chronic prostatitis but I have no way of confirming that as I do not have insurance and cannot get a CT scan. My doctor prescribed my antibiotics to try for 10 days in case the test for infection was faulty, I will see if it helps but I doubt it.

My bowels don't seem to have any issues as far as I can tell nor did the doctor spot a hernia.
