Pain under rib cage
I have been having mild pain under my right rib cage on right side. I was diagnosed with IBS a long time ago, pain was much more severe. I have not had that symtom for years. Was I miss diagnosed?

No, IBS can cause pain under right ribcage. However so can liver, gall bladder and pancreas problems. Duodenal ulcer too can cause pain under right ribcage. Hence get this diagnosed again by running tests to rule out these conditions.

Have you been under any additional stress lately? Have you been eating any differently? Do you have any other symptoms besides mild pain under right rib cage?
not necarsserily,it does not have to be a severe attack,you could just have trapped wind on this occassioni was like it all day yesterday come the evening i was burping for about an hour and pains have gone
