Panic attack??

I think I just had a panic attack buti'm not sure. 1st I was having vision problems withmy left eye like I was almost blind, I started to seat, heart racing and I threw up twice. I layed in front of the fan and I started to feel better in about 20 to 30 minutes. Now my vision is better but I feel shakey and I my head hurts a little and I need to lay down. Does this sound like a panic attack? Thanks for any help.

Almost sounds like a migraine.  Mine always start in my left eye.  Sometimes my vision blurrs and almost always throw up.  Talk to your  dr for sure!

Yes it sure does, anxiety will do that to you. Makes you have visual and hearing problems. Numbness and tingly. Heart racing faster. Can vomit. Sweat. Definately sounds like anxiety/panic attack.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You probably had a vasovagal syncope or a vasovagal attack. The complex group of symptoms is mediated by the vagus nerve. This nerve is irritated by prolonged standing, standing up suddenly, stress, pain, hunger, dehydration, intense emotion etc. A tilt table test, holter monitor, echocardiogram etc are done for confirmed diagnosis. Discuss this with your doctor immediately. It could also be a fainting attack due to hypoglycemia or low BP. Other than that what could be really serious is that it could be a mini stroke. Hence it is important that you get this examined immediately. It could be a panic attack, but it could also be something more serious.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
