Since you said you feel like you're ripping apart, it sounds like adhesions.  Have they done a laparoscopy to rule that out?  My first adhesion was after my first c-section, my uterus attached to my colon and it did feel like it was ripping with each step, especially on inclines or steps.  After my hysterectomy the pain was so bad, I couldn't have anything touch the spot where it hurt, including water from the shower. However, they kept putting me off and I didn't have the laparoscopy for 5 months afterwards.  Good luck and hope you get some relief soon.

When you say that you have pelvic pain in your stomach and all the way down, do you mean it travels down your legs and outer thighs with numbness?

Do you feel any relief at all, when you lie down and rest?

Pelvic pain can be from arthritis in the hips and also if you have pressure on your nerves.  You may have meralgia paraesthetica.

As you have had 2 C sections and a hysterectomy there may be scar tissue near the inguinal ligament causing you this pain.

Has the doctor sent you for an ultrasound scan/xray or MRI scan and checked this lump out?

Have you been checked out to find out if you have a prolapse of the bladder and bowels?  It clearly sounds like you have some problem, possibly even lax muscles that do not support your other organs.

Go back to your doctor with your problem, otherwise he will just think you are fine on the new medication, when clearly you are not.

Is there any possibility of you having pinched nerves due to lower back problems?
