Pelvic pain

I'm a 25 year old mother of 2.  I have been having chronic pelvic pain since October 2009.  The only time I wasn't in pain was when I was pregnant.  I have almost every symptom of endometriosis.  I have left side pelvic pain that shoots around to my back and down my thigh.  I tend to have the pain all the time but the pain is horrible and unbearable the week before my period.  I have been using Implanon birth control since June 2011 which has had my period acting crazy.  I had a laproscopic surgery in May 2010 and they found nothing.  I have had several drs and none of them seems to know whats wrong.  I have gone to the er so many times for pain meds cause its the only thing helping the pain at this point and my tolerance keeps getting built up.  I have my 2nd laprosciopic surgery last Friday and they still found nothing wrong.  He even went and looked at my bladder.  Since then My pelvic pain is worse and is now shooting up into my stomach.  I suffer from depression and anxiety and this is making it really hard for me.  I am on the verge of giving up on life because I'm so miserable.  I use to go out and socialize all the time.  Now I have no friends cause I never feel good enough to go anywhere.  I am lost and don't know whats wrong with me.....Please help me.

See lot of things are there but the major one you keep your self very busy in your routine work. If you are doing job, remain busy with it. If you are housewife and not interested in job then keep yourself busy with some hobbies. Join different classes one by one like Yoga, Art of living, meditation, driving class, singing, computer class or any other of your interest. If having capacity go for beauty parlor class an start of your own. Because pelvic pain,  back pain, below thigh pain has many reasons and after visiting 1000s of Doctor you will find nothing in any report. Even you might have checked calcium level, X-rays, MRIs, several blood tests. Everything must be normal. Pain before periods is normal. Don't bother about that. You have to tolerate that. You are now confident that you are not suffering from any life threatening problem. Problem must not be there or it may be very minor. If delivery of children is by seizure then it is also a major reason for pain, mainly due to injection of anesthesia. Considering your age of just 25 nothing is serious. Evey doctor will just try to build confidence for you. So it is better to avoid doctor and remain busy with some hobbies. Make a schedule of day and follow it. For Example in morning 6 am go for walk. Evening enjoy with children at garden. Watch TV, and classes of your interest.

I too am suffering from mystery pelvic pain. Mine has only been a few months . I have sharp shooting pains and I also get these throbbing pulsing sensation that come on all the time but that is more of a discomfort than a pain. The doctor did find that I have a rectocele and a cystocele but refuse to fix until they find the source of my pain. I have a strong family history of endometriosis but they refuse to look for it. I have cried just about every day since these symptoms came on. They are having me start pelvic floor physical therapy but I'm not 100% convinced that this is gonna help. all i do know is this pain is unbearable and every day is a struggle to get through. I don't quit easy so I'm gonna keep on them or have them refer me in the right direction til they figure this thing out. I too am a mother and this is very depressing because you just don't feel up to anything .

Branch out on the type of doctor you see. Perhaps a neurologist, pain specialist, or endocrinologist. Please don't give up. If you have been pregnant, you have children. As one who lost my mother when I was 4, I can tell you that your children need you more than you can ever know. My heart goes out to you. I hope you can find the right physician to help you.

Oh I am sorry pain is really debilitating, I can imagine how you feel , I think you have to keep going, something is causing the pain, ask for other opinions. Have you gone the route of anything you are digesting, eating that may not suit you, you may be allergic to .Is it bad at certain times of the day, at night?
