Penile tingling

Okay. First of all I'm 17 years old, and only had one sexual partner who has only been involved sexually with me in her lifetime. About a year and a half ago I started experiencing what I would consider "tingling", or the frequent urge to need to urinate. I went to my doctor and they ruled out infection and any type of STD. They sent me to a urologist who couldn't find an answer to my problem. Sure enough though after about 3 weeks of discomfort my problem passed. I never experienced any recurrence until now. About a week ago I masturbated into a spermicidal lubricated condom. I also used soft soap handsoap as another lubricant(which I know was stupid but I had been using it regularly, without a condom, for months with no problems until this point). After doing this I felt the same feeling I used to have, tingling or a tickling feeling. I tried to ignore the sensation and went to sleep. The next morning I had no signs or feeling of the tingling, and for a couple days after as well. Several days later the sensation returned and has not subsided since. It's been about 4 full days of the tingling and it is driving me absolutely insane. I'm constantly making trips to the bathroom and only trickling out a slight bit or urine, even though I feel like I can't hold it anymore. I've done some research and the only thing I can find is that I may possibly have damaged the nerves inside my penis. If this is true is there anything I can do to help myself feel better? Could this be permanent? Or could there be another cause for this sensation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
