Please help -- is my burn wound infected?

Hi! I'm really sorry, I would call my mom or go to a pharmacy, but it's Sunday and I live in Greece and my parents are in the states and it's the middle of the night where they are. I'm really scared and alone and don't have anyone I can ask about this, and I'm panicking.
So 1 1/2 days ago, I got some boiling water spilled onto my wrist. The burn is second degree, I think. It's very small, the size of a pinky nail. I have been putting obsessive amounts of hydrogen peroxide and neosporin on it, as well as washing it with an antibiotic soap.
Here's the thing, it has all this yellow stuff inside it. I don't  believe it's puss, since it's been there since yesterday. I have also taken a sterile towel and tried to squeeze the puss (?) out, but nothing happened. The yellow stuff looks like regular skin but it's yellowish. The area around the burn is pink and the whole tissue around the edges is red. It  feels sore tot he touch. I don't know if I have a fever because I don't have a thermometer and I can't go buy one. I'm alone and really scared and I don't want to go to the hospital because I hate hospitals please help me!!!
(I am disabled. Please be kind.)

Hello, Second degree implies some blistering. Did you pop it or is it just red?
