I am so sorry.... I have TMJ also and I know the pain can get pretty severe.  My dentist usually pops my jaw back in place and gave me some exercises to do which help.  You might try a chamomile tea or Kava tea which are natural antidepressants with hardly any side effects.  I think the only side effects are that you have to pee more often.  You might want to try a Liver Detox available at your health food store also.  They usually contain Burdock root which is known to safely cleanse the liver.  - I had a CT scan of my brain because I'm afraid to get a tumor (my Dad died of a malignant brain tumor).  I take Essiac everyday which is known to prevent tumors and cancer.  I'm hoping it will work for me.

Hope all goes well.
With your eyes hurting, I presume you mean the actual eyeballs, I would suggest you go back to the ophthalmologist to get them checked out thoroughly.

If you are glaring at screens and not getting enough rest, have sinus problem, need to wear prescription glasses, have dry eye problems (this will feel gritty), all these problems can cause painful eyes.

Sinus problems will cause painful eyes and headaches and cheek bone pain.  If this is the cause of your problems you would need an antibiotic.

You can get painful eyes and headaches if you are straining to look at things and prescription glasses can correct this.  But you did say that that was normal.

Hope they find the cause of your problems soon so that you can be treated appropriately.

im am in the same place you are with all of this. i have all them symptoms plus more. i had my gull bladder removed in dec. and the pain never went away. i was admitted to ICU april 17th for 3 days and they couldn't tell me what was wrong but there was also a lot going on with me when i went in. i was released and about a week later my symptoms come back plus some ten fold. i haven't gotten any better. i have been to the hospital 6 time sence and 3 times before. different diagnosis every time. they've even went as far as trying to commit me to a nut house. im not getting any answers either. im going down state and going to U of M and having test done. i cant keep going on like this. the pain is so unbearable and im so miserable. but just wanted to say im here with u and i hope someday we can find answers.

ive even went as far as reaching out to doctors out of the country in the UK and they said its all complicated but there very interested.

Stress and anxiety can cause lots of problems.
As your eye test came back normal, it may be an allergic reaction to something.  If there is an infection on the eye lids your doctor can prescribe an antibiotic ointment specially for the eyes, or eye drops if you have dry eyes and also prescribe an antihistamine.

Hope you get on OK with the MRI scan.

Best wishes.

Thanks everyone funny how I've stopped stressing and the body aches have stopped, I saw an amazing iridoligist yesterday who said my liver is poisoning my body despite my liver tests coming back normal from the doctor. My h pylori is now clear. I'm still getting the weird head pain and one just above my pony tail and the other just above my right temple with occassional burning in my eyes.  Still super scared and have horrible thoughts they will diognise me with a brain tumor. Waiting for an mri

There is help for you... just find the right doctor.  So sorry this is happening to you - must be so frightening for you.  It could even be a reaction to the antibiotic you were taking.  - I had horrible side effects that lasted for months after taking corticosteroids.  (can't take them ever again).  I had wicked pains in my stomach, spasms in my legs, headaches, trembling, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, back pain, shivering and a bad taste in my mouth all from one medication.
