How's your cardiovascular system?  Have they ever done an echocardiogram?  Run fasting blood testing of a lipid panel?

Migraine headaches are often described as pain behind the eye.  When a headache goes around to the back of the head and the top, it is likely your headache has a muscular component to it.

Nausea limited to morning- you mention you are taking omeprazole, which while it may be controlling your symptoms of GERD, can give side effects at the same time.

Three common side effects of omeprazole are nausea, mild diarrhea, and headache.  Omeprazole also lists as possible side effects, though not common, of constipation, depression and anxiety.

I remember getting a nasty headache while on omeprazole myself, unlike my usual migraines.  The doctor suggested I go off of the drug, see if the headache stopped and go back on it to see if it started up again.  I went off of it, the headache stopped, and I didn't want to go back on it, convinced omeprazole was the source of this different kind of headache for me.

Please see this: http://www.drugs.com/sfx/omeprazole-side-effects.html
where it also tells when to call your doctor at once with certain side effects.

And especially in view of what it says, it would be a wise thing for you, I believe, to get your magnesium tested.

When you've been tested by your doctor and at the hospital, did they take your blood pressure lying down, sitting, and standing up (orthostatic blood pressures)?  Or did they just take it with you in one position, not seeing if there was a change when you stood up?

I'm guessing maybe it was your elevated temp and slight pain around your naval- but if so, it seems they should have been more thorough in coming to the conclusion of doing an appendectomy.

Regarding the pain in the upper right abdomen- did they ever rule out costochondritis?

Also, the upper right transverse colon is a common place for gas pockets to collect, which can be quite painful.  Did you ever try simethicone when you were having this pain?

I've had pain in the upper right abdomen myself and went through a number of tests before it was discovered I had costochondritis.  I also had a slow emptying gallbladder, but not enough to cause alarm with the doctor.

Re: the gallbladder- I wonder if they did the blood test that looks for gallbladder inflammation (cholecystitis) and it came back negative and that's why they haven't ordered a HIDA scan?  An MRCP is another test (a focused MRI)- it looks at the bile duct work for any problems.

Which hormones did your naturopath find to be very high?

Thanks living in hop.

Maybe ibs but don't know why I have a headache behind right eye abdoaib that moves round the back of my head to the top.

The nausea is only in the morning

Since having the antibiotics and taking omeprazole I don't have much gerd

Pregnancy tests neg

I don't have a machine at home but have been tested at doctors and hospital and blood pressure is normal

I'm unsure of bloodwork all I've been told is all normal including liver enzymes.

I've asked to be retested for h pylori but they said they won't retest for another 6weeks.

I asked them the same question in regards to my appendix, m6 temp was slightly risen but no lower abdominal pain its directly underneath my breast bone and to the right,  some slight pain around my belly button also. They said they checked everything when I was in surgery and could see nothing out of the ordinary.

I had an xray done by dentist in regards to my wisdom but they never mentioned tmj.

The natropath said my hormone levels were very high

Doctor said my thyroid was normal

Your bowels fluctuating between constipation and diarrhea sounds like you may have irritable bowel syndrome.

Diarrhea can be exacerbated by extreme anxiety (my own experience), which you mentioned you have.

Nausea can be caused by acid reflux, if you indeed have G.E.R.D..
(listed symptom here:) http://www.medicinenet.com/gastroesophageal_reflux_disease_gerd/page4.htm

Acid production can be increased by anxiety, which can make G.E.R.D. symptoms worsen.

Nausea can be caused by anxiety itself (my experience).

(Did they test for pregnancy?)

You mention dizziness with standing.  Do you have a home blood pressure monitor?  If you do, may I ask you to try an experiment?  (If you don't, they can be bought over the counter at many drug stores and Omron is a respected brand.)  Lie down for ten minutes, then take your blood pressure and if you know how to, take your pulse too (find the machines aren't always accurate for pulse rates).  Then, stand for at least a full minute, then take the blood pressure again.  The pulse too, if you can.  Tell me what numbers you get?

You said you've had normal blood tests- what tests have they done?

For example,
A) have they checked your electrolytes (which includes your potassium and sodium- low potassium can lead to weakness, muscle cramps, low sodium- dizziness)?

B) Have they run an iron panel, including iron saturation percentage, ferritin, T.I.B.C., blood iron? (Low levels of iron can cause headache, dizziness, depression, weakness, etc..)

C) Checked your magnesium level? (Low levels can cause muscle cramps and nausea.)

D) Done full thyroid function testing given your emotional lability (off balance thyroid hormonal levels can wreak havoc)?

E) Checked your female hormonal levels?

F) Checked your cortisol?

If you feel the antibiotic did not knock out the h. pylori still, would you ask the doctor for a blood test to find out if it is positive or negative for it?  (I've had a blood test for this before.)

Why did they remove your appendix?  Did you have a high white blood cell count?  Did you have a fever?  Did you have rebound tenderness in your lower right abdomen?  Did they examine your entire large intestine when they did the appendix surgery to check for any thing else?

Anxiety can cause a person to clench or grind their teeth, which can lead to jaw (TMJ) pain- do you do either of these either awake or asleep?  TMJ problems can lead to headaches and pain in the face.  Did you get a panorex x-ray done by your dentist?  Do they specialize in TMJ dysfunction?

A gallbladder problem can start then stop. Mine did that's why they didn't find a problem at first. They had to run a hida scan to see that it was not emptying out right. Did not show up on ct-scan or ultrasound or blood work. My gallbladder was really bad too.

have an ana test done by a rhumatologist because you might have an immune disorder.

sounds like you need to try a different doctor.  I get so tired of them saying everything is fine.  I have jaw pain.  but was diagnosed with TMJ my jaw bone is wearing out.  it makes the side of my face hurt,  and goes down into my shoulder,  sometimes it hurts so bad my teeth hurt.  I take cellebrex.  maybe you might have something like that.  it gets hard when they keep giving you the wrong diagnosis.  don't give up.  try different kinds of doctors.  you need to really find out what is wrong.  the people on medhelp all have different symtoms you might meet someone that can give you some help.  we are all here to listen.  and get help our selves.  hope you find the help you need.  mandy876
