Please help?Migranes ,joint pain, fuzziness....(sorry its long)

I am 17 and starting to get very frustrated.I have GAD,panic disorder,depression,and
my doctor thinks I  may have a mood disorder. Now it seems that because I have
problems with stress and anxiety my doctors won't listen me and tell me nothings wrong
that it's all stress .I am sure my anxiety problems aren't  helping but I don't think its the
main cause

I've had a migrane (sometimes sevre sometimes very dull but there) for a week striaght
This has happened many times before I also am dizzy most of the  time with a fuzzy  feeling.
the last month been really tired no matter how much sleep i get .My vision which Ive had
checked recently sometimes blocks out but its weird b/c its not that I see nothing its that all i see is fuzziness like
on a tv thats local station has gone out this can last for up to afew minutes to a minute. My ears are constantly hurtin and lately ive been getting very nauseous(Im not pregant ) which ive never done eveen with my anxeity problems.
There are times were I randomly  start to feel really weak and with  in a matter of sec. i feel like im gonna pass out then my legs give out  and im inbetween being awake and passing out (Its weird )This has lasted for as long as two hours. I have alot of problems with my right arm it will have spasms or just go numb or tingly for seemingly no reason i also get alot of pian in my joints (knees, fingers, wrists, ankles, elbows )and my right goes numb or falls asleep alot.(this and whats above has been happening  for over three years) Now i've started to have pelvic pains on my left side I had an ultra sound to see if it was cysts buts is not like every thing else it points to me being fine.

I seen serval doctors and a neurolist (for the arm spasms)had a cat scan it was normal ,lots of blood work its all normal except for  my  red blood cell count being a little bit high. I am overeacting and its all just stress please help!!!!

Hello,

The headaches, dizziness, fuzziness, numbness and nausea can be attributed to migraine or panic attacks. Stress is one of the most important factors for the precipitation of migraine headaches. Migraine headaches usually are described as an intense, throbbing or pounding pain that involves temples or forehead and change sides from one attack to the next. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, facial pallor, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches.

For migraine first of all lifestyle modification is required. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day. Exercise regularly (daily if possible). Limit stress through regular exercise and relaxation techniques and avoid bright or flashing lights and wear sunglasses if sunlight is a trigger.Identify and avoid foods that trigger headaches by keeping a headache and food diary and limit caffeine consumption to less than two caffeine-containing beverages a day. Applying cold packs to the head or pressing on the bulging artery in front of the ear on the painful side of the head may provide temporary pain relief. . You can also try OTC pain killers. If still the symptoms persist, then please consult a physician for specific anti-migraine therapy.

For panic attacks, anti anxiety medicines will provide some relief.

Secondly, dizziness and ear ache can be due to inner ear disease or meniere’s disease.Pls get an ENT evaluation done for that.Nausea can be due to GERD.For that eat healthy, nutritious food and take it 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Also keep the head end of your bed elevated by two blocks and avoid eating a single, heavy meal.Take food at regular intervals. Also take some antacid like Mylanta or some PPI blocker like prilosec.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
