Hello,
The headaches, dizziness, fuzziness, numbness and nausea can be attributed to migraine or panic attacks. Stress is one of the most important factors for the precipitation of migraine headaches. Migraine headaches usually are described as an intense, throbbing or pounding pain that involves temples or forehead and change sides from one attack to the next. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, facial pallor, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches.
For migraine first of all lifestyle modification is required. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day. Exercise regularly (daily if possible). Limit stress through regular exercise and relaxation techniques and avoid bright or flashing lights and wear sunglasses if sunlight is a trigger.Identify and avoid foods that trigger headaches by keeping a headache and food diary and limit caffeine consumption to less than two caffeine-containing beverages a day. Applying cold packs to the head or pressing on the bulging artery in front of the ear on the painful side of the head may provide temporary pain relief. . You can also try OTC pain killers. If still the symptoms persist, then please consult a physician for specific anti-migraine therapy.
For panic attacks, anti anxiety medicines will provide some relief.
Secondly, dizziness and ear ache can be due to inner ear disease or meniere’s disease.Pls get an ENT evaluation done for that.Nausea can be due to GERD.For that eat healthy, nutritious food and take it 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Also keep the head end of your bed elevated by two blocks and avoid eating a single, heavy meal.Take food at regular intervals. Also take some antacid like Mylanta or some PPI blocker like prilosec.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I sure hope you get some answers. My daughter has similair symptoms and we are desperate to find some answers. Her headaches aren't so dull though. They are really bad and she has spasms, joint pain, feels like passing out. etc. God bless. Melanie
