From ancient minerals website article "Need More Magnesium? 10 Signs to Watch For"....
"3. Do you experience a lot of stress in your life, or have you recently had a major medical procedure such as surgery?
Both physical and emotional stress can be a cause of magnesium deficiency.
Stress can be a cause of magnesium deficiency, and a lack of magnesium tends to magnify the stress reaction, worsening the problem. In studies, adrenaline and cortisol, byproducts of the “fight or flight” reaction associated with stress and anxiety, were associated with decreased magnesium.4
Because stressful conditions require more magnesium use by the body, all such conditions may lead to deficiency, including both psychological and physical forms of stress such as surgery, burns, and chronic disease."

I am no doctor, but I have had four children, one c-sec and twins vaginally after the c-sec. It is normal to feel anxiety when you have a new child and your schedule has shifted, and after four months, it has to have shifted again. I can't say all this could be postpartum. Migraines are fairly normal, especially if you have had headaches before, simply because of blood loss, which could also be causing the chills and racing heart. You might want to see if you have iron-deficiency anemia which has been known to cause symptoms you have mentioned. If this is your first child, you could be experiencing panic attacks because of concerns regarding your perceived health, your child or your future. Without knowing your living situation, this is all I can recommend, but if you have doubts, always get a second opinion. It won't hurt anyone and you can feel more confident if more than one person gives feedback. As for a CT scan, I had one. Waste of time for migraines. MRI's pick up more detail of the brain. Just a suggestion.
