Purple whitish/blue fingernails and without energy all day?

Hello, I'm Peruvian, asthmatic and I'm 24 years old. I would like to please if someone had some of the symptoms that I am going to describe so that they orientate to me since the doctors do not find me anything. To the days of playing a soccer weekend I began to pain eyes, headaches and felt like I did not have energy (the match was light, I did not have any type of injury or blow) reason why I went to the ophthalmologist and neurologist and They told me everything was fine. Then notice that my fingernails turned whitish purple (3/4 part of the nail approx.) For which I went to the cardiologist, endocrinologist and pulmonologist and beyond my controlled asthma did not find anything. I have been going for 3 months in which I felt depressed by the same feeling that all day I was like a zombie or a drunk, but I try to relax and lead a normal life, although it is honestly difficult to carry it because I can do my activities but not with the Same desire as before. At the moment I do not have much headache (perhaps because I try to handle it with good attitude) but if I feel a feeling of lack of energy during the day and my nails follow the same way. P.D: It is not Reynauld's disease since what I have does not disappear, it is painless and I am not cold.

It sounds like anemia such as iron deficiency anemia.
