Embarrassing question but i need help :(

Ok so i went to the docs yesterday and i am waiting for bloodwork results. They seem to think i have colitis but arent sure yet and think i may need a colonoscopy. My problem right now is that my stools are very soft and i cant even push them out. ******warning, graphic and really embarrassing to ask :'(******
i am afraid that while i have sex some of my bowels will come out. My fiance is aware of the problem i am having and i know he wouldnt be mad (obviously i wouldnt do it on purpose and not my fault) i would just be really embarrassed and im afraid that i am not going to be able to enjoy sex because i will just worry about it coming out.
*****warning again*****
today i literally had to stick my finger inside me in order to get it out. Its very soft but at the same time i am constipated. I cant push any of it out, at all and i get really bad cramps if i dont. I know its disgusting and you have no clue how embarrassed i am to say this or do this or tell anyone this. I am almost crying write now writing this because i think everyone will think i am disgusting and crazy. I just dont know what to do. I want to know if anybody knows what to do to more solidify my bowel. Again i am concerned ablut having sex and them coming out so if they are more solidified i may be able to actually go to the bathroom and know when i have to go and they wont just leak out during sex. Please anybody help me :'''(''''''''

Don't be embarrassed to discuss this. We are all human, and we aren't judging.  I have a similar issue, but with hemorrhoids.  Now that is a bad smell!  Have to do the "tuck thing".  Too embarrassed to have sex, when they are "out".  My best advice, don't eat apples, or applesauce.  These for sure make your stool looser!  Too much of these will give you diarrhea for sure.  Apples bad, Bananas harden your stool.

Hope this information is helpful!

I know exactly how you feel. I have been having similar problem. I am told it is called Anal Seepage. About a year ago, I started having episodes where I would Have some stool leakage unexpectedly and without warning or sensation. Over time, it got worse. Because this is so hard to talk about I kept putting off seeing a doctor. It began to happen on a daily basis and sometimes the amount would equal a full bowel movement. The stool is very soft but not waterey like that. I was shopping one day, when  I got home, went to the bathroom I had a full bowel movement in  my pants. I had to just peel off  my clothes and jump right into the shower to get it all off, it was awful. All I could think of was if I had went to the bathroom at the Mall, what would  I have done??. This whole thing is terrible. That sent me to the doctor when  It happened again. He believesthe Anal Spincter muscle is streached out, leaving me with no sensatiion prior to the episodes both large and small.  Surgery may be the answer, he says. I see the specialist in two weeks to fin out. If any of this sounds familar to you, and is helpfull in any way I will be glad. I know how awful this is to talk about. It is gross. You feel nasty and dirty all the time. I now wear depends when In leave the houe. I am not that old. I think I stink all the time. I hate this!  Just like you Anyway hope this helps. Let me Know. Good luck.

decrease your fiber intake and drink tea , apple sauce , toast ... if you don't get better i think you should see a Dr maybe you have an infection in your stomach that is causing all this mess
good luck :)

well to solidify your stool depends on the food you eat. try eating foods like banana, guava, apple.
