Random Foot Pain

I was playing my saxophone (sitting down). I was tapping my foot up and down to count the beats when suddenly there was a sharp pain in the left side of my right foot's arch and I couldn't move my big toe (kind of like it was paralyzed or something). It went away within a few seconds though, and I could move my toe again. Should I be worried?
